To achieve success in whatever we do and further in our life, we need to understand the power of beliefs. Me must establish and understand the process of how to create empowering, beneficial and noble beliefs within us to experience and feel a new change in our thought process, acknowledge that the change is indeed working and how’s that making a difference within ourselves and to the outer world.
We have met numerous people in our lives and have experienced at one stage or the other and also would have commented or made a judgement that this person is really good and at times the opposite remarks too like this girl is really crazy, not in her senses.
Either ways your understanding about that person may or may not be right at that moment, because our experience of the other person at a given point of time is a direct result of our belief systems.
For example, a person with Schizoprenia (a mentality or approach characterized by inconsistent or contradictory elements, also in simple language can be termed as someone who clearly demonstrates split personality). At such instances, you may be clear that a single person having dual personalities and each of those personalities are formed or exist because of their inherent belief systems.
Further, during a study it was discovered that one personality was manifesting symptoms of diabetes, while the other personality within the same person didn’t show any signs of diabetes at all. So that confirms, your belief systems certainly impacts your physical systems too. So, I emphasize it is of paramount importance that we give value to our beliefs in our lives. As you may know, we don’t deliberately try to create these important factors to our personality, but they just keep happening to us.
To do this, first we need to know, hear and understand the right knowledge, second we should be consistently contemplating over the knowledge and the third and the important step is to decide in accordance with that knowledge, also popularly known as Nidhidhyasana in yogic practice.
